Vaslak, with clarity

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Vaslak website, public beta, account, Workspace, and connectors. Read them before connecting a service or performing an action.

Effective date: August 23, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms form an agreement between you and Vaslak concerning vaslak.com and related services. By creating an account, establishing a connection, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms and manage that organization’s resources.

2. Public beta and free start

Vaslak is currently offered as a public beta, and a free starting option may be available. Features, usage limits, and access conditions may change during the beta.

Labels such as “available,” “preview,” and “coming soon” in the connector catalog describe the current status of each integration. Not every connector or website feature is necessarily available in your account or at all times.

3. Your account and responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current information and protect your account, sign-in method, and connection credentials.
  • Only people legally able to accept these Terms may create an account.
  • You are responsible for activity through your account or Workspace within member access.
  • Report a security incident or unauthorized use promptly to info@vaslak.com.

4. The Vaslak Service and feature limits

Vaslak connects an AI tool with services you select so information can be read, checked, or analyzed live and, where a connector permits, actions can be performed in the source service. Each capability depends on the connector, third-party permissions, and its technical status.

AI and third-party outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Review results before important decisions or actions, especially financial, legal, security, or operational ones.

5. Authority and use of data

Connect only an account, dataset, or resource that you own or are validly authorized to use and modify. You are responsible for complying with source-service terms and laws that apply to data and third parties.

You or the lawful owner retain ownership of your data, inputs, and content. You give Vaslak a limited license to process them to provide, secure, and support the Service as requested. Current retention practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Modifying and destructive actions

Some connectors can perform actions that change or delete source-service data or configuration, such as creating or editing a record, purging cache, changing settings, or deleting a resource. Effects may be immediate and are not always reversible.

Initiate these actions only after reviewing their purpose, scope, and effect and confirming you have authority. You are responsible for instructions sent from your account or connected AI tool. Vaslak may apply additional controls or confirmations to some actions, but does not promise that such controls exist for every connector or operation.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Vaslak for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity, including:

  • Accessing an account, dataset, or system without authorization.
  • Circumventing access controls, rate limits, or security mechanisms.
  • Distributing malware, unauthorized extraction, reverse engineering, or security testing without written permission.
  • Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Using the Service in a way that harms Vaslak infrastructure, users, or a third-party service.

8. Third parties and future connectors

Availability, data, terms, and performance of connected services and AI tools are controlled by their respective providers. Their changes, suspension, or failures may limit Vaslak features.

An integration labeled “coming soon” is not an active capability. The Google Analytics, Search Console, and YouTube connectors are independent, read-only, and subject to consent, scopes, and Google's terms; OAuth enrollment is available only when that provider has active platform configuration.

Cloudflare uses OAuth by default and operates only within the accounts, zones, and scopes you approve in Cloudflare. A restricted API Token is available for advanced or service-to-service needs; you are responsible for selecting least-privilege access and revoking it in Cloudflare after deleting the connection.

9. Intellectual property

Vaslak software, design, names, marks, documentation, and content—excluding your data and content—are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service and transfer no ownership.

We may use feedback you voluntarily provide to improve the Service without making your confidential or personal information public.

10. Fees and future paid services

A free start or beta access does not promise that every feature will remain free. If a paid feature or plan is introduced, its price, billing period, limits, and applicable terms will be shown before purchase, and no charge will be made without your action.

11. Availability and no SLA

The beta Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Vaslak currently makes no public commitment to a percentage uptime, support response time, or service-level agreement (SLA).

Features or access may be changed, limited, or temporarily suspended for maintenance, security, legal requirements, third-party limits, or product improvement.

12. Security and confidentiality

Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for this agreement. This does not cover public information, independently developed information, or disclosure required by law.

No security control eliminates every risk. You are responsible for choosing appropriate access, managing Workspace members, and revoking or rotating a credential that may be compromised.

13. Suspension and termination

You may disconnect an integration and contact us to close your account. We may restrict or suspend access for a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, or serious harm to the Service or users.

Where practical, we will provide an opportunity to cure an issue unless immediate action is needed for security, legal compliance, or harm prevention. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination remain effective.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaslak does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free Service or that AI or third-party outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for your purpose. Warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaslak is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Aggregate liability for Service-related claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event; if you paid nothing in that period, liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, if your unauthorized use, data connected without proper rights, or breach of these Terms causes a third-party claim against Vaslak, you are responsible for resulting direct costs and damages, subject to reasonable notice and an opportunity to defend.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the competent courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires another forum.

17. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The revised version and effective date will be posted here, with proportionate notice for a material change. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.
